Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €69.
Within Germany, a flat-rate shipping fee of €7.70 applies for orders under €69.
A service charge of €16.49 applies to orders within the EU.
We ship with DHL. Sale and shipment only to persons over 18 years. Shipment numbers are currently communicated on request, notifications from DHL for delivery should come automatically by email.
Samples
You can taste your way through the vast majority of our range with sample sizes. Please note that our samples are only provided with simple labeling and without labels.
Freebies, discounts, vouchers etc.
We usually reward large or regular orders with free samples of existing and upcoming products. There will be discount promotions of all kinds via voucher codes, which are regularly shared via newsletter, Facebook and Instagram.
Payment options
You can pay for your orders conveniently and quickly via PayPal and credit card.
Payments via the service provider PayPal do not require a PayPal account.
The credit card payment method is processed via the service provider Stripe. A Stripe account is not required for this.
Prepayment
Alternatively, you can also select prepayment as a payment option at the checkout and transfer the amount directly to our bank account after completing your purchase. Please use the order number (see email) as the reason for payment and transfer the amount promptly! Your order will only be dispatched after the money has been credited to our account. Note: If you pay in advance, we expect a longer delivery time. To be on the safe side, here are our bank details again:
